Refund policy

30‑Day Returns

  • Unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. 
  • Please provide your order number. Certain items (like food products, water filters, or personal protective gear) may not be returnable for health and safety reasons.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Dropshipping Returns

  • Do not return without authorization

  • Return address may differ from shipping origin

Damaged/Incorrect Items

  • Report within 48 hours with photos. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non‑Returnable

  • Personal care items, perishables, final sale items

Refunds

  • Issued after inspection to original payment method (5–10 business days). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at emergencyhomesupplies@gmail.com.

Exchanges

  • Processed as return + reorder where applicable

Restocking/Fees

  • We may deduct reasonable restocking or return handling fees where permitted

EU/UK Cooling‑Off (14 Days)

  • If applicable, you may cancel within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (unused items). You are responsible for return shipping unless defective. your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
